Hope for Kids Dinner Blesses Hand2Hand

November 10, 2016

Our Hope for Kids dinner was an amazing celebration of all God has done through Hand2Hand. Almost 300 people attended our first Hand2Hand dinner and over $35,000 has been raised to date to feed more kids. Currently we are feeding over 4,000 children in 97 schools with 70 church partners. Nine more churches will be trained in December to begin Hand2Hand at a new school in January. God continues to raise up His followers to feed and pray for kids and this grassroots movement continues!! Thank you for all who attended and for all who have supported Hand2Hand! We can't wait to see new churches be the light and love of Jesus to children in their own neighborhood.

Boy Scout Troop Packs for Hand2Hand

November 09, 2016

A Boy Scout Troop did their own donation drive and blessed the Rockford Hand2Hand program by packing hundreds of breakfast and snack packs.

Hand2Hand's Regional Director, Jenny Steele, who led the packing said, "[I] had some great discussions about who receives the food and what they should do if they see someone pulling a bag out of their locker, since they are all literally packing for classmates. We prayed over the bags and they were on their way. So thankful for these little bundles of energy!"
